Upon arrival at Newark Airport, you'll notice that there are three terminals, the Airport Express bus picks up at all three terminals.
All you need to do is head down to level one and catch the Newark Airport Express from there.

How to buy a Newark Airport Express bus ticket online

3 - Select the ticket type required - A standard roundtrip ticket is $33 and one-way is $18.70

If you want to take the Express Bus then it runs between Newark Liberty International Airport & New York City from 4 am to 1 am every day of the year. Each bus stops at all 3 New York stops.

Newark Airport Express recommends all passengers planning to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours in advance of travel for all international departures from terminal B. In regards to any domestic travel through Terminals A or C, Newark Airport Express advice to board one of the buses that is scheduled to arrive at least two hours before your flight.
Costs and tickets
The cost is $18.70 for one way or $33 for a round-trip. When you have bought a ticket, it is valid for use up to six months after booking. All tickets will be accepted in a digital format.
Furthermore, Newark Airport Express Bus offers all seniors, military, and students between the ages of 12 to 16 discounted tickets. For children between the ages of 5 to 11, you can get tickets at a discounted price of $5 one-way. In addition, any children under the age of five can ride the Newark Airport Express for free.
Note that you have to bring proof of age, disability, or military service to receive Newark airport transportation at a conveniently low price.
Newark Airport Express Bus accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express on its website.
Be aware that due to the health and safety of any of the passengers and drivers, smoking is not allowed on any of the Newark Airport Express Buses. In addition, the consumption of alcohol is also prohibited.

NJ Transit Bus
There are a number of bus lines that connect Newark Airport with the surrounding area.
The NJ Transit bus lines that you need to look for are the following: 28, 37, 62, 67, and 107. You can find the schedules and more information here.
Trans-Bridge Lines
Yet another option, if you wish to go by bus, is to take the Trans-bridge lines. They offer service to New York City, Newark and JFK Airports from the Lehigh Valley area, Doylestown, New Hope, Pennsylvania and Clinton, Phillipsburg, Frenchtown, Lambertville, Flemington, and Branchburg, New Jersey every day. On any weekday, you can get a bus service to Lower Manhattan, Wall Street and Jersey City from the Lehigh Valley and Clinton station.
The Trans-Bridge Lines do not currently offer tickets to be purchased online. Therefore, any passengers have to buy a one-way or round-trip ticket at any of the authorized ticket agents, at any time prior to your trip.
At Newark Airport, you can buy one-way tickets at any of the Welcome Center desks. These are located in the Ground Transportation areas of Terminals A, B, and C.
